Most of the process we serve is in the tri-state area, but we will track down and seek out anyone anywhere. Providing whatever information you have is always the place to start, and the trail never ends until we make effective service. When needed, we have affiliations with more than 1800 Professional Process Serving Agencies across all 50 states and 27 foreign countries.

Apply for a default judgment with confidence

While challenges to service are rare, they are not unheard of. And when they occur, you want to know that you have a company behind you that has 80+ years of reputation on the line. Our professional process servers, many of whom are retired law enforcement, know that the Affidavit or Certificate is only as strong as their ability to back it up with live testimony at a hearing or other court proceeding. Our appearance and attendance at your direction comes with every assignment. You hope you never need it, but when you do, you'll be glad you went with the pros and not someone's brother-in-law.

Avoid the bookkeeper and the math - we'll cut checks for Witness fees

We have all the appropriate mileage charts for all the Courts so you don't need to compute distances and fees. And we also know that it is sometimes hard to get that check cut when you need it. We'll take care of all of that and bill the fees, with your Process Service, right to your account or credit card.

Client billing is convenient and easy

As a subscriber, all Process Services are billed to your monthly account. Of course, non-subscribers are welcome too with pre-payment by check or credit card. Your monthly invoice details all the necessary information, including your client billing reference for quick and easy disbursement tracking and client re-billing.
