Our state-of-the-art telephone system has made communicating with NJLS easier and
faster. Calls are routed quickly and efficiently to the appropriate NJLS representative.

Auto ID (bar code) technology has been implemented to allow NJLS to track each package
along each step in the delivery process.

Our high-speed Local Area Network, which includes fiber optic links, allows
information to be shared among all of our representatives. Information concerning each
package is at each of our representatives fingertips for quick retrieval.

All of our systems are backed up by a comprehensive Disaster Recovery System. This
system makes NJLS virtually immune to circumstances beyond our control such as power
failures and telephone company outages. In fact, our Disaster Recovery System has been
implemented on several occasions, allowing us to continue business (delivering your
packages on time) normally. |
